What is included in the program?
The program consists of 30 audio lessons, where I explain all the grammar of the level, in an easy and fun way. Everything you will learn will be useful and you can immediately use it in a conversation.
Of course, the grammar explained in the typical way that I use in my Smart Italian for busy people videos is only a guide, because the real goal of the course is to enable you to SPEAK and USE the language you learn. Audio lessons come with transcripts, tasks, word lists, and verb tables with lots of examples, but nothing you have to memorise, because you will learn it all while listening to the audio lessons.
In addition to this, there’s my Facebook community, where you can ask me questions and where you will be in contact with other people who are learning like you. This is ideal to keep you on track for the 30-day course! Don’t have Facebook? No problem, you don’t need it to complete the course. Facebook is just another channel you can use to improve your learning, but all the essentials are in my course. The Facebook community is a wonderful tool if you like interacting with people and receiving daily contributions to stay motivated, but if you prefer to learn without it, that’s totally fine!

What level will I reach in 30 days?
The course is designed for beginners who want to reach level A2 (the end of the pre-intermediate level) within 30 days.
At this level, you can start simple but useful conversations in Italian. You can talk about yourself, your life and interests, your family, your job or profession, your plans for the future (for example, for the weekend or night), what you did in the past (for example, the past weekend week, on your last vacation or just yesterday).
You can also make phone calls and write emails to friends in Italian.

What about grammar?
I teach you ALL the grammar of this level in an easy and entertaining way.
These are some of the topics that I explain at level A1-A2:
- Present tense to talk about yourself and your routine
- Past tense of regular and irregular verbs to talk about your past experience
- How to express the future tense in Italian to talk about your plans
- The most important prepositions and how to use them
- The most important linking words and how to use them
- Introduction to the conditional tense to say what you would like
- Asking questions: the most important question words and how to use them in order to ask anything you want
- Dates and times to talk about plans, appointments, yourself and past events
- The grammar you need to start making phone calls and writing emails (with useful examples)
- Reflexive verbs
- Modal verbs
- The grammar you need to talk about your interests and your work

How long do I need to study?
The entire course is designed for ‘busy people’, so you can complete the lessons in as little as 7-15 minutes a day. Of course, you can spend more or less time if you prefer. But you can definitely finish the course in 30 days.
What if I cannot finish the course in 30 days?
We all go through busier-than-usual periods. If something happens and you can’t study for a couple of days or more, you have nothing to worry about, you can do it at your own pace. There’s no rush!
